The sale will be subject to any unpaid taxes and other assessments which may be liens against the property, including but not limited to delinquent charges for water, sewer and sanitation services. Notice has been given of the intention to collect attorney’s fees in accordance with the terms of the note and deed to secure debt. Said property will be sold as the property of Timothy M. Brooks and the proceeds will be applied to the payment of said indebtedness, the expenses and costs of sale, including attorney’s fees.
