DFACS sucks lately. They are constantly dropping the ball and their clients because of pure stupidity. Some people have no choice but to use them and they continue to screw over the needy. Not to mention their failure to investigate complaints....I think if they can't handle what they're getting paid to do, someone else should step in.

exactly, and another thing if ex-employers would stop blacklisting employees to keep them from getting another job then people wouldn't have to go to these agencies and apply for help!
