On January 27, 2005, DENNIS L. NEFF executed a Security Deed to STEPHENS FEDERAL BANK, which is recorded in Deed Book 252, Pages 473-492, Banks County Records. The Security Deed secured a note of even date in the original principal amount of $78,000.00.
