SAMPLES to REG WILBANKS, dated July 24, 2008, recorded in Deed Book 329, Pages 197-199, Banks County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Banks County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2009, the following described real property:
ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land containing 2.00 acres, more or less, in the 1210 GMD of Banks County, Georgia, and bounded now or formerly as follows: North by lands of Chan Samples, East by lands of Chan Samples, South by lands formerly of Jack Chambers, and West by lands formerly of Eugene Samples.
Said tract of land being more particularly described according to a plat of survey prepared by Max Lewallen, Surveyors, on July 22, 2008, for Chandler E. Samples, which plat is recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 36, of the public records of Banks County, and is incorporated herein as part of this description.
The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
