The Banks County Sheriff’s Office investigated several incidents during the past week including reports of livestock in the roadway, loud noise complaints and harassing phone calls.
Incidents reported were:
•livestock in the roadway on Gray Hill Drive.
•assist Alto Police Department with a person fleeing on Bob White Trail.
•loud noise complaint on Barnes Circle at Brown Bridge Road.
•livestock in the roadway on Highway 63 at Lewis Drive.
•damage/destroy/secreting property to defraud another at Lenox, Pottery Factory Drive, Commerce.
•harassing phone call at a Highway 441, Homer, residence.
•civil dispute at a Woodland Street, Homer, residence.
•possession of alcohol by a minor at a Yonah-Homer Road, Alto, residence.
•accident with a deer on West Ridgeway Road, Maysville.
•harassing communication at a Rattle Trap Road, Commerce, residence.
•identity theft at a Buckeye Point, Commerce, residence.
•burglary at an Ervin Chambers Road residence.
•stolen vehicle at a McClure Road residence.
•counterfeit money, possession of marijuana and warrant service at Murphy USA, Highway 441, Commerce.
•theft by taking at a Silver Shoals Road, Homer, residence.
•dispute at a Beulah Lane residence.
•burglar alarm at Banks County Courthouse Annex, Hudson Ridge, Homer, which was accidentally set off by an employee.
•alarm at Tanger I, Tanger Drive, Commerce.
•dispute on Sims Bridge Road at Rylee Road.
