The Banks County Sheriff’s Office responded to a number of incidents during the past week, including alarms, 911 hang-ups, assisting other agencies and civil disputes. Incidents reported were:
•alarm at Dollar General, Evans Street, Homer.
•911 hang-up at a room at America’s Best Inn, Highway 441, Commerce.
•removal of a person from a Highway 59, Commerce, residence.
•assist Jackson County Sheriff’s Office personnel with a burglar alarm at Polo, Steven B. Tanger Boulevard, Commerce.
•civil dispute at a Bushville Road, Commerce, residence.
•assist motorist with removing his car from the roadway on Highway 441 near Dallas Drive, Commerce.
•all terrain vehicle (ATV) in the roadway on Loggins Road, Commerce.
•removal of a person from a Foster Road, Baldwin, residence.
•suspicious vehicle at a Silver Shoals Road, Lula, residence.
•road hazard on Highway 51 South at Parson Circle, Homer.
•animal problems at a Hawkins Road, Homer, residence.
•animal problems at a Dalton Road, Baldwin, residence.
•suspicious vehicle at a Highway 164, Commerce, residence.
•theft by taking at Anderson Auto Sales, Historic Homer Highway, Homer.
•livestock in the roadway on Highway 63.
