Banks County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators pulled 60 marijuana plants from property on Duncan Road Saturday morning, April 17.
Banks County Sheriff Charles Chapman said, “The plants were found by the owner of the property and he called the sheriff’s office.”
The plants had not been set out very long, Chapman reported.
“The plants were from six to 12 inches tall,” Chapman said. “No arrest has been made for the plants which were seized and destroyed by the sheriff’s office.”
