County man charged with aggravated child molestation
A Commerce man was arrested on aggravated child molestation charges Friday after Banks County Sheriff’s Office investigators executed a search warrant at his residence.
Michael Patrick Brock, 41, 221 Ambers Lane, was charged with aggravated child molestation and is being held in the Banks County Jail.
Banks County Sheriff Charles Chapman reported that officers executing a search warrant also carried along an arrest warrant for Brock.
“These warrants were obtained after investigating allegations that were brought forth to the sheriff’s office by the mother of a juvenile,” Chapman said.
The investigation continues by the BCSO criminal investigation division.
