The Banks County Sheriff’s Office responded to a number of incidents during the past week. They include:
•harassing phone calls at Arby’s, Highway 441 South, Commerce. The complainant advised the responding deputy that an individual repeatedly calls Arby’s trying to talk to an Arby’s employee after being asked to stop.
•road hazard on Interstate 85 south bound at exit 149. The responding officer advised he removed the tire debris from the roadway.
•mechanical breakdown on Interstate 85 north bound at exit 149. The responding deputy advised he didn’t find a vehicle.
•battery, simple battery and terroristic threats and acts at Wal-Mart, Highway 441 South, Commerce.
•simple battery at Wal-Mart, Highway 441 South, Commerce.
•criminal trespass at a Grove Level Road, Maysville, residence.
•assault at a Carson Road, Commerce, residence.
•shots fired at an Alice Moss Lane, Alto, residence.
•entering an auto at LaHacienda Mexican Restaurant, Steven B. Tanger Boulevard, Commerce.
•animal problem at a Leachman Road, Commerce, residence.
•removal of a person from the Sassy Rabbit, Pottery Factory Drive, Commerce.
•suspicious person at a Carson Road, Commerce, residence.
•suspicious activity at Wal-Mart, Highway 441 South, Commerce.
