A damage to property incident at The Home Depot, Steven B. Tanger Boulevard, Commerce, was among the incidents reported to the Banks County Sheriff’s Office during the past week.
The complainant advised the responding deputy that his 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe was damaged on the passenger side front fender, doors and quarter panel while parked in the parking lot at this location.
The complainant stated a white Dodge Pickup was parked beside him when he entered the store, but was gone when he exited the store.

Other incidents reported to the sheriff’s office during the past week include:
•911 open line at a Highway 51 South, Lula, residence. The homeowner advised the responding officer that everything was O.K. The officer reported he checked the area and everything appeared to be O.K.
•juvenile problems at a Highway 105, Baldwin, residence. The complainant advised the responding deputy that she and her 14-year-old son had gotten into a verbal dispute. The complainant advised the deputy nothing was physical. The deputy advised he also spoke with the juvenile on the scene.
•damage to property at a Hembree Road, Maysville, residence. The complainant advised the responding officer that he ran off Hembree Road trying to dodge a tree and damaged the passenger side and wheel on his 1999 Pontiac Grand Am.
•suspicious vehicle at a Poole Road, Homer, residence. The responding deputy reported the vehicle left the scene prior to his arrival.
•stolen vehicle at a Highway 63, Commerce, residence.
•illegal dumping on Damascus Road at Payne Road.
•obstruction of an officer at a Hebron Court, Commerce, residence.
•unattended children at a Highway 164, Homer, residence.
•911 open line at VP Racing, Outlet Drive, Commerce. A male on the scene advised the responding deputy that they were having trouble with their new phone line. The deputy advised he checked the area an all appeared to be O.K.
