A BCSO unit pursued Umble and Martin into the city limits of Commerce at which time Umble stopped his vehicle and Umble and Martin were taken into custody.
Just south of Walmart on the edge of Hwy. 441, BCSO units located a glass Mason jar containing a large amount of marijuana that had been thrown from the pursued vehicle.
Both Umble and Martin were charged with attempt or conspiracy to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Laws and abandonment of certain dangerous drugs, poisons and controlled substance. Umble was also charged with additional traffic charges pertaining to the fleeing and attempting to elude.

You may have mis-understood my friend. All the manpower was to help carry the injured. Those injured when falling down from hysterics at trying to spell their names on the police report.
