Jeannie Tatum has been named “Dispatcher of the Year” for Banks County. She was recognized by the Banks County Board of Commissioners Monday night.
“When I think of three qualities she has, I think of dependable, loyal and trust-worthy,” Deidra Moore, EMA/E-911 director, said. “I could go on and on. She is dedicated to Banks County. We are very blessed to have her as a part of her team.”
In presenting the award, Moore said it goes to someone “who goes over and beyond the call of duty.”
BOC chairman Jimmy Hooper stated, “The greatest asset Banks County has is the people who work for them.”
