Royston, died Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at his residence.
Born April 25, 1933, in Banks County, he was the son of the late Henry Frank and Addie May Bennett Hill. He was retired from Eastern Airlines and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Toccoa. Mr. Hill was preceded in death by a son, James Keith Hill; and a brother, Bobby Joe Hill.
Survivors include his wife, Dorthy Nell Mealor Hill; two daughters, Joellen Hughes and Elaine Wallace, both of Palm Desert, Calif.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mildred H. Evatt, Seneca, S.C., and Lois Campos, Conyers; and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Saturday, September 6, at the Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery with Barry Reece officiating.
Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville, was in charge of arrangements.
