Mr: Erwin:
I contacted Clay Hobbs approximately 3 weeks ago about problems with my children's bus. There are students that have to stand up due to lack of room, and other students that have to sit in other children's laps. He said that they were working on the problem and that it would be fixed in about a week. Unfortunately the problem is still going on. The bus my kids ride is 0*-*. Also, there is a boy on the bus whose name my kids think is ****in,( my son could point him out ),who is in the Elementary School, that keeps trying to tear up my son's glasses. I have already had to get another pair because the first pair was not fixable, and his new pair keeps getting more bent everyday, and I have to keep getting them fixed. Please help me resolve these issues.
Mr Erwin's reply:
Ms. Forrester,
I will check on the bus and see what we can do to lower the number of students on the bus. I will have Ms. Rylee check on the behavior of the elementary school student.
Thanks!
So far, there have been no changes with this bus route or the amount of people on it. When is something going to be done about this?
