The Banks County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests during the past week:
•Jacky Chad Allen, 31, 151 McGinnis Chandler Road, Commerce, theft by shoplifting and parole violation.
•Lucius Emmuneal Brown, 27, 7595 Hayes Road, Toccoa, possession of marijuana and driving on a suspended driver’s license.
•Alton Lee Davidson, 35, 125 Grier Drive, Alto, terroristic threats and acts.
•Julio Sandoval Delacruz, 20, 180 Faulkner Road, Commerce, driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to yield the right-of-way.
•Michael Peter Deschaine, 26, 2237 Burke Road, Carnesville, failure to obey a stop sign and illegal possession of a controlled substance.
•Hafeezah Aliah Dunbar, 22, 101 Andrew Court, Apt. 3, Toccoa, giving a false name, address or date of birth to a law enforcement officer.
•Denver Ryan Harrison, 19, 645 Sage Street, Toccoa, giving a false name, address or date of birth to a law enforcement officer.
•Chewbacca Calvin Johnson, 30, 171 Lake Forrest Drive, Commerce, illegal possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle with a concealed registration, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving on a suspended driver’s license and obstructing or hindering law enforcement officers.
•Linda Sue Rapier, 46, 327 Steeple Chase Road, Nicholson, driving under the influence (DUI)/ alcohol.
•Gabriel Adam Russell, 28, 456 Mountain View Road, Carnesville, failure to maintain lane and DUI/alcohol.
•Bernicia Jemeal Sewell, 18, 121 Jennings Lane, Nicholson, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and failure to obey a stop sign.
•Judy Vernice Smith, 48, 183 Hogan Street, Maysville, probation violation.
•Eunice Gayither Tarpkins, 40, 44 Land Way, Commerce, theft by shoplifting.
•Christopher Deshun Tukes, 18, 91 Teasley Lane, Lavonia, reckless conduct, possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of a pistol or a revolver by a minor.
•Stacy Lamar Watts, 23, 1491 Highway 441, Baldwin, driving on a suspended driver’s license.
•Angela Diann Westmoreland, 38, 44 Land Way, Commerce, theft by shoplifting.
