The Banks County Board of Commissioners revoked the business license of “Best Health Spa” for 90 days in a called meeting on Dec. 10 and placed the business on probation for an additional six months.

don't these type of business have to be licensed by the state for these services? and at the same be reviewed of rules and regulations? shut them down !!!!! if they dont comply with the rules and get them out of the country!!!! WAY TO GO BCSO!!!!

Why do so many people cheer on the government regulating what consenting adults do? Stay out of my personal live and I will stay out of yours. No crime was committed here other than the sheriff's office acting as Big Brother.

What IS a Health Spa?? Seems to me this place had more to do with being a sex business as per your article than a legitimate Health Spa. Why can't they just call them Adult Spas or something like that so this type of business doesn't give legitimate Health & Beauty Spas a bad name?
