Six people were arrested following their arrest at a Commerce address for drug-related charges, Banks County sheriff Charles Chapman said.
The arrests occurred last Friday following the obtaining of a search warrant for the residence at 1876 Duncan Road in the Commerce side of Banks County.
Arrested and charged were:
•Charles Edward Bryant, 63, sale of oxycodone, possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute, possession of soma with intent to distribute, possession of oxycodone and possession of xanax.
•Alexander “Andy” Justin Bryant, 17, sale of oxycodone, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana (less than one ounce) and possession of firearm during commission of a felony.
•Debra Lou Brandis, 54, possession of oxycodone and possession of soma.
•April Dawn Temples, 29, possession of oxycodone.
•Steven Gregor Brandis, 25, possession of oxycodone.
•Kellie Denise Kirk, 44, possession of oxycodone.
Debra Lou Brandis, Temples and Steven Gregory Brandis each listed their residence as 2554 Ila Road, Commerce, while Kirk resides at 1285 GW Wilson Road, Nicholson.
Also confiscated at the scene were three firearms, approximately ¾ ounce of marijuana packaged for sale, scales and bags for packaging and a variety of prescription drugs.
All six were booked into the Banks County jail and the investigation continues, Chapman said.
