The Baldwin Police Department made the following arrests from Jan. 13 through Jan. 30:
•Hector Ruiz Hurtado, 39, public intoxication and obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer.
•Juan Trujillo, 27, speeding and no valid driver’s license.
•David Ortiz, 22, driving on a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

•animal complaint at Baldwin Court Apartments.
•child molestation at a Perry Manor, Baldwin, residence.
•enticing a child for indecent purposes at a Meadow Creek Circle, Baldwin, residence.
•theft by taking a motor vehicle at a Presley Street, Baldwin, residence.
•theft at a Pine Forest Circle, Baldwin, residence.
•obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer at a Whispering Woods Circle, Cornelia, residence.
•curfew violation, obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer and runaway juvenile at a Meadow Creek Circle, Cornelia, residence.
•curfew violation, obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer and runaway juvenile at a Whispering Woods Circle, Cornelia, residence.
•obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer at a Crestwood Lane, Cornelia, residence.
•obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer at a Crestwood Lane, Cornelia, residence.
•obstructing or hindering a law enforcement officer at a Jade Haven, Cornelia, residence.
•speeding and no valid driver’s license at a Highway 365, Baldwin, location.
•entering an auto at a Willingham Avenue, Baldwin, business.
