A Homer man was arrested on Monday on the Historic Homer Highway following a chase. Banks County Sheriff Charles Chapman reported Mitchell Lee Adams, 28, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI), fleeing and attempting to elude, reckless driving, driving on a suspended driver’s license, speeding, no insurance, expired tag, fixing a license plate to conceal the identity of a vehicle, driving on the wrong side of the road and failure to use a turn signal.
