John Creasy was hired as “safety officer” for the Banks County Fire Department during a two-hour closed door meeting of the board of commission on Jan. 13. Banks County leaders are concerned that the BJC Medical Authority has declined to appoint one of the three nominees they suggested to represent the county on the hospital board.
The Banks County Board of Commissioners revoked the business license of “Best Health Spa” for 90 days in a called meeting on Dec. 10 and placed the business on probation for an additional six months. [Full Story »]
